    قامت جامعة كاليفورنيا الحكومية بانشاء ( برنامج الالتحاق المبكر ) في الجامعة يضمن للفتيان و الفتيات الموهوبين من عمر 10 و اقل من 16 سنة بالالتحاق بالجامعة كطلاب دوام كامل

    A Brief Description And History
    The Early Entrance Program (EEP) is a unique educational program that is specifically designed to permit young, highly gifted students to enroll in college as full time students. The Early Entrance Program (EEP) was established at California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State L.A) in 1982. The Program allows qualified students as young as 11 years of age, the opportunity to excel at the university level. The average entering age is currently 13.5 years and all EEP students must be under the age of 16 by June 1st of the year in which they apply. The program maintains a population of approximately 150 full-time highly gifted teen-age students on the Cal State L.A campus.

    معدل اعداد الفتيان المسجلين من عمر 11 الي 14 يتراوح بين 40 الي 50 موهوب و يتخرج 9 الي 10 طلاب سنويا

    California State College in LA has had the Early Entrance Program (EEP) for eleven to fourteen year olds for over nine years. They routinely enroll between forty to fifty students and graduate 9 to 10 each year. The University of Washington at Seattle has a high school right on the campus. Their youngest student ever was only eleven years old. Mary Baldwin College in Virginia operates a residential program for young gifted girls. Baylor College in Massachusetts has been organized since the nineteen sixties to admit and support fourteen and fifteen year old students.
